Saved payment methods allow you to quickly process payments and manage Autopay without re-entering card details each time.

Adding a new saved payment method

Step 1: Open the customer’s profile

  1. Log in to Carpay.

  2. Go to the Customers tab.

  3. Search for and select the customer’s account.

  4. In the left-hand menu, click Saved Payment Methods.

Step 2: Enter payment details

In the Add Payment Method section on the right side of the screen, enter the following:

  • Name on card

  • Credit card number

  • Card expiration date

  • CVV2 code

  • 5-digit ZIP code

  • Card name in system (optional internal label/nickname for the card, such as “BofA Debit” or “Business Card”)

Step 3: Save the payment method

Click Save Payment Method. Once saved, the card will appear in the list of saved payment methods for that customer.

Removing a saved payment method

Step 1: Locate the payment method

At the top of the Saved Payment Methods page, you’ll see all payment methods currently linked to the customer’s account.
