This article explains how dealers can add, edit, or remove saved payment methods on a customer’s account in Carpay.
Saved payment methods allow you to quickly process payments and manage Autopay without re-entering card details each time.
Adding a new saved payment method
Step 1: Open the customer’s profile
Log in to Carpay.
Go to the Customers tab.
Search for and select the customer’s account.
In the left-hand menu, click Saved Payment Methods.
Step 2: Enter payment details
In the Add Payment Method section on the right side of the screen, enter the following:

Card expiration date
CVV2 code
5-digit ZIP code
Card name in system (optional internal label/nickname for the card, such as “BofA Debit” or “Business Card”)
Step 3: Save the payment method
Click Save Payment Method. Once saved, the card will appear in the list of saved payment methods for that customer.
