Carpay Reports

Learn how to use Carpay's built-in reports to view customer contact information, see who has payments due today or yesterday, and track Smart Auto-Pay scheduled payments.

Overview

Carpay provides several built-in reports to help you track customer contact information, payments due today and yesterday, and Smart Auto-Pay enrollment. Each report is accessible from the Reports menu in your Carpay navigation panel.

This article covers the following reports:

  • Current Contact Information

  • Due Today and Due Yesterday

  • Smart Auto-Pay

Every report can be exported using the CSV or PDF buttons above the table, and most include a search box to quickly find a specific customer.

Current Contact Information Report

The Current Contact Information report gives you a side-by-side view of every phone number and email address Carpay has on file for each customer — including the contact info pulled from your DMS and the contact info added by the customer or dealer inside Carpay.

What This Report Shows

Each row represents one customer. The columns include:

  • Customer – the customer’s name

  • Email in Carpay (Customer) – email the customer entered when they registered for Carpay. Customers cannot add or update contact information unless they have registered their account.

  • Email in Carpay (Dealer) – email a dealership user added in Carpay

  • Email in DMS – email imported from your DMS

  • Phone # in Carpay (Customer) – phone number the customer entered when they registered for Carpay.

  • Phone # in Carpay (Dealer) – phone number a dealership user added in Carpay

  • Cell # in DMS – cell number imported from your DMS

  • Home # in DMS – home number imported from your DMS

• Customers cannot add or update contact information unless they have registered their account.

Tip: Use the Columns button above the table to customize which columns are visible. This is helpful when you only want to focus on emails or phone numbers at a time.

Due Today and Due Yesterday Reports

The Due Today and Due Yesterday reports live on the same page and use the same columns. Use the toggle buttons in the upper-right corner of the report to switch between the two views:

  • Due Today – lists every customer who has a payment scheduled for today.

  • Due Yesterday – lists every customer who had a payment scheduled for the previous day.

Both views show the complete list of due customers regardless of whether they’ve already paid, so you can see the full day’s activity at a glance.

Note: Neither report removes customers from the list once they’ve paid. To check whether a customer has made their payment, open their account and review their Payment History.

  • Name – the customer’s name (click to open their account)

  • Account # – the customer’s account number

  • Auto-Pay Enabled – a green dot if AutoPay is on, red if it’s off

  • Text Sent – a green dot if a payment reminder text has been sent, red if it has not
