Overview
Carpay provides several built-in reports to help you track customer contact information, payments due today and yesterday, and Smart Auto-Pay enrollment. Each report is accessible from the Reports menu in your Carpay navigation panel.
This article covers the following reports:
Current Contact Information
Due Today and Due Yesterday
Smart Auto-Pay
Every report can be exported using the CSV or PDF buttons above the table, and most include a search box to quickly find a specific customer.
Current Contact Information Report
The Current Contact Information report gives you a side-by-side view of every phone number and email address Carpay has on file for each customer — including the contact info pulled from your DMS and the contact info added by the customer or dealer inside Carpay.
What This Report Shows
Each row represents one customer. The columns include:
Customer – the customer’s name
Email in Carpay (Customer) – email the customer entered when they registered for Carpay. Customers cannot add or update contact information unless they have registered their account.
Email in Carpay (Dealer) – email a dealership user added in Carpay
Email in DMS – email imported from your DMS
Phone # in Carpay (Customer) – phone number the customer entered when they registered for Carpay.
Phone # in Carpay (Dealer) – phone number a dealership user added in Carpay
Cell # in DMS – cell number imported from your DMS
Home # in DMS – home number imported from your DMS
• Customers cannot add or update contact information unless they have registered their account.
Tip: Use the Columns button above the table to customize which columns are visible. This is helpful when you only want to focus on emails or phone numbers at a time.
Due Today and Due Yesterday Reports
The Due Today and Due Yesterday reports live on the same page and use the same columns. Use the toggle buttons in the upper-right corner of the report to switch between the two views:
Due Today – lists every customer who has a payment scheduled for today.
Due Yesterday – lists every customer who had a payment scheduled for the previous day.
Both views show the complete list of due customers regardless of whether they’ve already paid, so you can see the full day’s activity at a glance.
Due Today View
Due Yesterday View
Note: Neither report removes customers from the list once they’ve paid. To check whether a customer has made their payment, open their account and review their Payment History.

Each row represents one customer with a payment due. The columns are the same on both views:
Name – the customer’s name (click to open their account)
Account # – the customer’s account number
Auto-Pay Enabled – a green dot if AutoPay is on, red if it’s off
Text Sent – a green dot if a payment reminder text has been sent, red if it has not
Email Sent – a green dot if a payment reminder email has been sent, red if it has not
Dealer Saved Payment Method – a green dot if a payment method is saved by the dealer, red if not
Last Login Date – the last time the customer logged into Carpay (or “Never” if they have never logged in)
Phone # – the customer’s primary phone number
Email – the customer’s primary email address
Actions – a dropdown for quick actions on that customer
Smart Auto-Pay Report
The Smart Auto-Pay report shows every customer who has a custom billing schedule set up. By default the report displays today’s scheduled Smart Auto-Pay payments, but you can use the date search to look at any time frame you’d like.
What This Report Shows
Each row represents a customer enrolled in Smart Auto-Pay with a scheduled payment in the selected date range:
Name – the customer’s name (click to open their account)
Account # – the customer’s account number
Last Approved Payment – the date of the customer’s most recent approved payment
Scheduled Date – the upcoming Smart Auto-Pay date
Amount – the dollar amount scheduled for that date
Edit – pencil icon to modify the customer’s Smart Auto-Pay setup
Delete – trash icon to remove the scheduled Smart Auto-Pay
Actions – a dropdown for additional quick actions
Searching by Date
At the top of the report you’ll see two date fields and a Search button:
Click the calendar icon or the first date field and choose your start date.
Click the second date field and choose your end date.
Click Search to refresh the list with all Smart Auto-Pay customers scheduled within that range.
Tip: To check the full week ahead, set the start date to today and the end date to seven days out. To audit a past month, set the date range to the first and last day of that month.
