Accepting Carpay Payments in Wayne Reaves
Once your customer makes a payment on Carpay:
If a payment comes through one of your Carpay channels, and that payment doesn't have any "irregularities", the payment should automatically post to the customer's account in your DMS, without needing your approval. The "irregularities" that stop autopost and require your review are:
Side Note balances
Late Fee balances
Pickup Payment balances
If the payment did not automatically post, follow the directions below.
1.) Click "Take Payments" or "Batch Payments"
2.) Online Payments Awaiting Approval: Click "Yes"
3.) Select the Payment; Click "Take Payment"
4.) Post Payment to Wayne Reaves Account:
