Sending Registration Codes to Customers
Your customers will need to use their social security number and last name in order to access Carpay for the first time. If their social security number was not provided, you can Send a Registration Code instead which will grant them access to their Carpay account.
How to send a registration code to a customer
1️⃣ Click onto a customer's name.
2️⃣ Click on "Send Registration Code" on the right-hand menu.
3️⃣ Enter the customer's phone number and/or email if it is not already entered.
4️⃣ Click to send the code to the customer either via email and/or text.
