Steps for logging in to the Carpay dealer site using a web browser, including password recovery and troubleshooting tips.

Logging in to Carpay

You can access your Carpay dealer site directly through a web browser.

To log in:

  1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.

  2. Go to https://dealers.carpay.com/login

  3. Enter your email address and password.

  4. Select Log In.

Once logged in, you’ll have access to your dealer dashboard, payments, and reporting tools.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password:

  1. Select Lost Password? on the login page.

  2. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

  3. Log in again once your password has been updated.

Having Trouble Logging In?

If you’re unable to access your account, make sure:

  • You’re using the correct email address

  • Your password is entered correctly

  • Your dealership account has been fully activated
