How Customers Can Access Their Account

Customers have three options for accessing their loan account with Carpay:

  • Website: Through the online portal at pay.carpay.com

  • Mobile App: Available on both iOS and Android

  • Phone: Automated IVR system at 1-877-9-CARPAY


What Customers Can Do Once Logged In

Once logged in through either the web browser or mobile app, customers can:

  • View their payment history

  • See their payment schedule

  • Make one-time payments

  • Enable Auto-Pay

  • Set up reminders for their loan payments
