How to download the app
Logging in for the first time
To log in or register, you may be asked to:
Enter your name and the last 4 digits of your SSN, or
Use a registration code provided by your dealership
If you don’t have a registration code or need help logging in, contact your dealership for assistance.

No problem. You can also make payments by:
Visiting the Carpay web portal
Calling the Carpay phone payment number: 1-877-9-CARPAY
The app is optional, but it’s the easiest way to manage payments on the go.
