What are all the methods to make a payment

All the ways you can make a payment with Carpay — online portal, mobile app, phone IVR, dealership in-person, and autopay.

This article explains all the ways you can make a payment on your Carpay account. You can choose the option that’s most convenient for you — online, mobile, phone, or in person.

1. Pay through the Carpay web portal

You can make a one-time payment or manage your autopay settings using any web browser:

  1. Log in with your credentials (email/phone number and password).

  2. Select Make a Payment, choose the amount and payment method, and complete your payment.

You can use this method on a computer, tablet, or phone.

2. Pay using the Carpay mobile app

The Carpay mobile app is available for both iPhone and Android:

  • Download from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

  • Log in and select Make a Payment

  • Enter your payment information and submit

The app lets you view your balance, payment history, and payment schedule on the go.

3. Pay over the phone (IVR)

You can make a payment using the Carpay automated phone system:

📞 1-877-9-CARPAY (1-877-922-7729)

Follow the prompts to enter your account and payment information. This is a good option if you don’t want to use the app or web portal.

4. Pay in person at your dealership or lender

If your dealership accepts payments using Carpay in person, you can:

  • Pay at the dealership office

Ask your dealership for details if you’re planning to pay in person.

5. Autopay (recurring payments)

Autopay lets you schedule automatic recurring payments from your chosen payment method.

How it works:

  • You set up autopay in the app or portal

  • Payments are drafted automatically on your scheduled due date

  • You don’t have to manually make a payment each month

Autopay is a convenient way to ensure you never miss a payment.

Tips for paying

  • Confirm the amount before you submit a payment.

  • Make sure your payment method is up to date.

  • If you’re using the web portal or app for the first time, you may need a registration code from your dealership.

  • For recurring payments, set up autopay once and let it handle future drafts.
