This article explains how to reset your Carpay password if you’re unable to log in.
When to use this
Use these steps if:
You forgot your password
Your password isn’t working
You’re locked out of your Carpay account
How to reset your password
Step 1: Go to the Carpay login screen
Visit the Carpay login page on the web or in the mobile app. On the Account Log In tab, click I forgot my password.
Step 2: Enter your email address
Enter the email address associated with your Carpay account, then click Reset password.
Step 3: Check your email
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Open the email
Click the reset link
Create a new password
Once complete, you can log back into your Carpay account.
If you don’t see the email
If the reset email doesn’t arrive:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes and try again
If you still don’t receive it, contact your dealership for assistance.
Things to know
Password reset links expire after a short time for security
Resetting your password does not affect your payment history or autopay
If you’ve never registered before, you may need to use the First-Time User option instead
